Welcome to Aide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aide platform and services. By using Aide, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

6. AI-Assisted Actions

Aide uses artificial intelligence to assist with tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses and actions may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving significant actions before they are executed
• You can configure approval requirements for sensitive actions
• Aide may request your approval before taking certain actions on your behalf

You retain ultimate responsibility for all actions taken through your Aide account.

7. Intellectual Property

Aide and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aide and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service.

By using Aide, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of Aide is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aide and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use Aide will immediately cease
• We will delete or anonymize your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Connected third-party authorizations will be revoked

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aide operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aide shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
